- only if you miss treat her other then that you can raise her to be a very friendly dog.
- If you let her, then yes if you want to make sure she is friendly, then do a bit of obedience and socialize her well. pitbulls are still DOGS and all dogs have the potential to be nasty, no matter the breed, my poms are as much risk as your pitbull, its the raising and to some degree, the temperament.
- Not necessarily. It all depends on how you raise your dog. It's not pit bulls that are dangerous. It's the owners. Most owners of pit bulls train the dogs from a young age to be aggressive and fight. If you are a responsible owner and love your dog and introduce it to other dogs without fighting her or breeding her for that purpose than she should grow to be a great loving dog. I have a pit bull that is 7 years old and she has never bitten a person a day in her life or attempted to. All she does is love and lick and kiss. She is the best and nicest dog in the world. It all depends on how you raise them.
- it depends on how old the puppy was when you got it. Most likely the earlier you get the puppy the less likely it will become aggressive. Also were the parents strays if so there is more of a chance of aggression. And last were the parents raised to be in dogfights if so there is a chance of aggression. But overall the 99.98% answer will be no.
- Only if you mistreat, tease or aggrevate your dog, will it become dangerous
- You would have to work hard to make her aggressive and dangerous. They are naturally very sweet dogs. I have two APBTs that love everyone.
- Best dogs I have ever owned. But I raised them right.
- Pit bulls have a lot of personality. They love affection and exercises. I know personally make sure you get her no less than 30 minutes a day exercises and while they are exercising try to socialize your dog wtih other people and dogs, because they are very loyal and protective and in most cases they have a overall physical advantage over so may other breed it can eventually cause problem. Its a girl pit so more than likely when she given birth she will naturally have a more aggressive attitude.
- They are generally very affectionate dogs. Friends of mine have two of them and they are great dogs. If you don't chain them up out in the yard, if you give them lots of love, affection, exercise and attention and spend time training them, they are great dogs to have. Only the people who intentionally mistreat them make them aggressive.
- If you're worried of that, you should not have got a Pittie pup at all.
- There are only one thing that make Pitbulls dangerous dogs... 1. Bad owners. I was born and raised in Japan . I 've lived in CA for last 8 years, I had never seen or heard of Pittbulls in my life . I can't even find definition of pittbulls in my English-Japanese dictionary. I treat him as regular dog not pittbull . I've taken him everywhere, he's well socialized with other dogs and people . And I really believe Pittbulls need exercise , not like 30 minutes walk around block. I take mine to off lease dog park, beach , hiking. You only can do these only your dog is socialized with other dogs and people. The answer is how you will raise yours.
