1. I hope so those things are mean. They are usually bread to do so, and those that aren't have a tendency to turn on their owners. Its just in their nature. I know that a lot of landlords won't let tenants have them on their property.

3. Not yet, but we need to make sure this law does not pass! They are targeting all "aggressive" breeds. I have 2 German Shephards that are the sweetest, gentlest things but their breed has an aggressive reputation. It's not right.

6. Not yet, but like stated, this is one trying to get passed through. There is a law that "breed specific legislation" could not be passed(I worked to get that one through) BUT they are still try to get this one through. They are pionting to Mid-west/Del City's law, which was grandfathered in. We need everyone's help to keep this law from passing. They thought they would have the state animal control orginization on their side, but were shocked when they didn't get it. With some more people standing up, we have a chance to beat this thing!
7. i hope not. and to SOME of these people that answered,a tid bit of info: pitbulls do NOT turn on their owners.....it is a FACT that NO BREED of dog will turn on their owners or even attack a person without a legitimate reason or provoked. and there have been plenty of other attack cases that no one cares to read about that include, a Pomeranian,a golden retriever..etc. every dog has their own personality. i own two and one is 6 and he's never hurt ANYTHING in his life and the other is 1 and she is a big baby,and i dont see her 'attacking me' anytime soon...sorry. people like the ones who answered in ignorance, need to do some more research on ALL breeds of dogs and the american pitbull. yes, some people fight them,which is very disgusting, sad,tragic and illegal, but if you read, THE PEOPLE FIGHT the pitbulls. yes, some dogs are territorial,but then again,others are not,so instead of looking stupid,do your research first. and thanks to everyone who has faith in the pitbull and took time to actually know their REAL personality. and i'm sure the pitbulls appreciate that too :)
