Cross Breeds

I got two dogs one is a pitbull male and the other one terry mixfemale.?

The two are in complot w us.they both are destroying my woodfen.While the terry mix digs a hole in the the fen ,the pitbull riped the pieces of wood from my fens.I don't know what to do,I'm sure if I take them to the dog pawn the pitbull is not going to have a very good luck in there.I loven so much,my housband is tired fixing the fen every day,also my neighbord's dogs are not helping at all aither.i don't know what to do.I NEED HELP!!

1. have you considered hiring a dog trainer to help you train the pets?
2. Get them spayed and neutered and take obedience classes or built a better fence as in maybe a chain one and not wooden
3. Sounds like these dogs were never trained!! Dogs do what they do out of boredom or what they are bred for. Terriers are hunters, so they dig... they are looking for badgers, possums, etc.... Pit bulls are easily bored, they need to play a lot. Walk them, play with them, give them lots of toys. Buy them big cow bones from the pets store. Change the ground. Take out the grass and put in pebbles. Or cage off an area with chain link and put in concrete flooring. If you dont have time for the animals, this is probably why they are doing what they do. What would children do if left alone and ignored. Get into everything in the house! Dogs are just like kids..... Honestly I dont think people research breeds before they get an animal, they just choose by appearance, cute or pretty or big and strong dogs. Whatever your visual preference is what you get. This is definately the wrong way to choose a dog. If you are committed to the animals, then do the right thing and research the breed and do whatever it takes to cure the problems. Dog problems are not usually the problem of the pet but the problem of the owner. Lack of committment or laziness or lack of ability to do what is necessary to make the dogs good pets. They have to be taught, they arent born knowing how to be a good pet.
