What animals can go with dogs and cats? pictures please?

I have a pet cat and dog, and i want another pet but it has to be something like a lizard do any animals go well with them that are fun to hold?

1. Why does it have to be a lizard and why does it have to get on with dogs and cats? I have gerbils and cats which would not get on if they were to ever meet- but I make sure they don't by keeping my gerbils in a secure cage in a shut off room. There's no reason why any of your animals have to interact.
2. hamsters, gerbil, rat just keep it in one room in a secure cage and shut the door just in cause while your gone!!

4. Chinchillas are awesome, they're smart and respond to their names and a few other simple words like "no" or "come". They can be litter box trained. Only thing is you HAVE to get them when they're young, like a few months old, and handle them alot, so cuddly! If you get one from a pet store and its been in a cage forever, it'll be mean, cause it won't be used to people. My dog and my chinchilla were best friends, and they're big enough for your cat to not look at it as prey. Keep him safe when he's a baby though.
