Cats and babies... and lol is it a good idea to make an outdoor cat an inside one before the baby arrives? My husband and I are expecting our first child in the next few months. Im a bit concerned because we have two cats and they both enjoy going outside. I know that making them an inside cat would be difficult, but is it really worth it? Also, Im a bit curious on potty training my cats. My husband is in the military and is gone quite a bit, so since I can't be cleaning the kitty litter, it is quite a pain. My question on that is, can older cats be trained to use the toilet? Should you train them one cat at a time? Does it really work?

I posted pics of my two cats @ lol cats and now I can not find them, I don't see any "search" option on the site, I tried looking through "newest" pics but got tired after 15 pages and no sign of mine. I did label them with their names when I uploaded them. Can anyone help? could not find a log in option, only: Home, Pictures, Vidios, Upload, Myspace, Facebook those are all I have to choose from, as I said I already tried selecting pictures and sorting by newest but had no luck.

why do cats sit in doorways during thunderstorms? mine are doing it right now lol? everytime there is a thunderstorm my cats sit in the doorway in my house like on the top of the stairs or the doorwayto my bedroom .its so weird.

Cat for people allergic to cats? lol ? Cats are my favorite animal. I live with my boyfriend and his dad. His dad's girlfriend is over a lot and she is allergic to cats. :( Is there a cat I can get (if its okay with his dad lol) that won't bother his dad's gf's allergies? Ants eat my cats catfood LOL? Every time i go to refill my cats food i notice there are hundreds of ants swarming in it. I tried doing a simple thing that will repel them, I placed dish soap all around the bowl (cat wont eat it and its out of his reach) and it worked for a while but the soap slowly dried and the retard ants got across. whats an easy way to kill them or get them away from my cats cat food. How many cats own you or do you own lol? I have five all with their little eccentricities. I would have more but I'm not allowed to walk by the spca or petshop by myself anymore ( my boyfriend has the silly notion that we have enough.... Is it ok to feed cats "human food" (read on, this is going to be boring LOL)???? you see, i USED to have cats. i am thinking back to the times when i had my cats. we used to feed them all kinds of food, not just pet food. we would pour the leftovers of the meals we cooked in their bowl. they would eat leftover rice, milk, bread and almost anything lol. my dad would often buy raw meat from the store and feed it to them!!! when i was little, and even though i knew it was unsanitary to share my plate with the cats, i still did it LOL!!!! sometimes i would even put a little slice of my birthday cake in their bowls. some of my cats liked eating sweet things. i no longer have cats and i know that what i did was unsanitary(like sharing my plate) but that was long ago and i was a little girl. but my question is: would it be ok to feed cats human food?????? is RAW meat ok for them??????????

I want to have like 5 cats; and 5 kids from 3 different husbands (lol), am I crazy? I LOVE cats, well, animals in general and I fancy the idea of continuing my genes and mentoring my offsprings as they grow up and develop. But...I also want a good career. How the hell can I do it all? After 35 the chance of a child with down syndrome increases, in fact, older men also can't produce healthy children all the time so.... Do you ever touch the tip of your cats ears with your finger, when they are not looking and it twitches? LOL!? I do it all the time and it's funny LOOOL! And it seems she doesn't know what it is so she just twitches it lol. I only do it when she jumps on my lap and sits there and she isn't looking!
Lol my cats fight a lot? okay my cat (favors me only) blackie shes chubby lol 8-9 saved her from being killed bud (17 year old dog) discoverd teesha diabetic, 10, loves my bro and everyone, meows to you. we actually bought her lol... well teesha and blackie, have never liked each other, maybe because when we got her, blackies brother (we saved) calvin hated teesha and i picked blackie out of the too. well the past few days i was alone and the animals did not know, blackie and teesha were sitting together meowing at each other, i came out, teesha hissed, swatted, and blackie hid, do you think they do this for attention? random dumb question lol im bored xp i dont have kids, and i was j.w. my cats just did it now. and i love my family and pets, i know a lot but that part just confued me.

They are indoor only, drink purified water, eat primo cat food, have organic litter, organic catnip, organic wheat grass to nibble on, and personalized matching placemats for each season...winter, spring, summer, fall, and all the holidays as well. Lequeesha, Porter, Pearl and Fairfax Well they are all rescued feral cats. I have a large two story house with big screened in deck for them to get fresh air and bird watch. The last 3 came together a mom and her two boys. I couldn't seperate them, the racoons ate her other two babies and had these three scared up a tree. It took 2 months to trap them and the coons kept plucking off her cubs. Feral litter.

Help Wanted! Please answer and give me some good advice on how to deal with my 3 FUR BALLS (cats lol)? Is it OK to bathe my cats once a month to keep them clean and remove loose hair? Should I bathe them more often? Any *special* brushes or shampoos to help with shedding? Tips on how to cut down on vomiting? With 3 cats I tend to clean up at least 2 hair balls a week and it always stains the carpet. Cat grass? My cats ADORE it. Does it help - or make worse - hair balls? Last question............ How do I keep my cats off my bed, furniture and kitchen counter? When I am home I use a squirt bottle filled with water but as soon as I leave the house the sneaky little devils crawl in the bed, take over the furniture and wallow all over the kitchen counter!!! This is REALLY getting on my nerves. What can I do?

My cat stole my other cats babies...lol help? :)? One of my cats just had babies about 3 or so weeks ago. My other cat is pregnant and we're expecting the babies any day now. Last night, I went to check on the kittens and I noticed that the one feeding them wasn't their mom. My pregnant cat has been with the kittens all night feeding them and looking after them. I was wondering, why is she doing that? And should I try to separate them so their mom can get to them easier? Their mom is still feeding them and stuff, but the pregnant one has definitely like, kidnapped the babies. lol And please don't preach to me about having a pregnant cat. My cats are still pretty young, and they're getting fixed VERY soon. We're keeping some of the kittens, and the rest already have "homes", we're just waiting for them to get old enough for people to come get them. We're not sending them to shelters or anything, so please don't preach about that to me. I've had cats all my life and I've never seen anything like this before, so I was just curious. (:

why do cats do this lol its weird to me? my male cat gizmo is about well almost 5 and he found this soft pillow i have within the last 5 months and randomly he goes over there and starts like you know when kittens nurse they move their paws back and forther, well he does this, eyes closed, purring loud and often looks at me with squinty eyes then sometiems comes to me and sits on my lap and purrs. hes doing it right now hes been on that pillow for about 2 minutes lol. and my girl cat who ive had hr whole life since 6 months whos about 11 now does that to my hair at night sometimes and purrs loudly in my ear, puts her mouth close to my ear...why lol

cats bowel smells lol? my cats 7 months now he goes out sometimes but he only lingers around the garden so hes still using his litter tray in doors but his poo smells are hurrific for a little cat he litter tray is kept in the kitchen but when he uses his tray you can smell it clearly upstairs hes starting to really stink the house out now i dont understand how his poo sell is so bad any suggestions?
